My life in catering began more than forty years ago, nurtured in a family business of small hotel and luxury country houses, learning to deliver quality service and first class customer care. Hospitality has been transformed over this time with welcomed modern advances in facilities, food, themes and styles, giving customers more choice and much improved luxury. Still, at the heart of this industry is great customer service, a warm genuine welcome and attention to detail. These I believe continue to be the defining attributes of great hospitality.
