A household name, Andrew Fairlie has achieved the ultimate dining experience. He is driven by innovation, evolving ideas and new concepts and his technical skills are obvious.

Located at the iconic Gleneagles Hotel, in this beautiful part of Perthshire, my 15th visit was once again the complete dining experience. Style of cooking can be described as classical French with a contemporary twist. Sophisticated menus (a la carte, and degustation) with carefully sourced ingredients from moor and glen, local farms and fresh produce from the newly-developed walled garden.

Great ambience and a very fine wine cellar. The front of house operation under the direction of ‘well kent face’ Dale Dewsbury is one of the best. This is one for the connoisseur.

Multi awarded restaurant with 2 Michelin Stars and 4 AA rosettes. A wonderful testimonial for the Scottish culinary industry.
